Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within14 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at emellah@hotmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
    • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defect Items

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at emellah@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
